Our Board Treasurer, Michael Brady, has been named a finalist for the 2026 Invest in Others Volunteer of the Year Award, presented by the Invest in Others Charitable Foundation. The award recognizes financial advisors who use their time, talents, and leadership to create lasting impact in the communities they serve.
While we’re incredibly proud to see Michael receive national recognition, those of us who have served alongside him know that this honor reflects something much bigger than an individual achievement.
It reflects a life of purposeful service.
Leadership That Extends Beyond the Boardroom
Michael’s contributions to Frontier Horizon have never been measured solely in financial expertise.
As the founder of Generosity Wealth Management, Michael has spent his career helping individuals and families clarify their values, steward their resources wisely, and think beyond the immediate moment. That same philosophy of purposeful stewardship has become invaluable to Frontier Horizon as we continue to grow our impact around the world.
His leadership has helped strengthen our organization through thoughtful governance, strategic planning, long-term vision, and meaningful community partnerships.

Over the years, Michael has traveled with Frontier Horizon teams to both Ukraine and Nicaragua, witnessing firsthand the resilience of children living through unimaginable circumstances. Whether meeting with local partners, serving alongside volunteers, or simply spending time with the children, he approaches every experience with humility, curiosity, and compassion.

Every mission trip develops its own traditions.
One of ours comes at the end of each day.
No matter how emotionally challenging, physically demanding, or unexpectedly beautiful the day has been, Michael smiles and says:“today was a good day.”
What began as a simple observation has become something our teams now look forward to hearing each evening.
It’s a reminder that even in places marked by hardship, there is always room for gratitude.

Always evidence that love is making a difference.
A Hug That Says Everything
Of all the memories shared over the years, one stands above the rest.
During one of Frontier Horizon’s Camp Dreamland programs in Ukraine, Michael formed a special friendship with Artem, a young volunteer who helps document camp through photography and video. Like many of the children we serve, Artem has experienced the profound effects of war and displacement, yet he continues to serve others with remarkable joy and resilience.
One day, after wrapping Michael in one of his enthusiastic hugs, Artem quietly said:
“When I hug you, I feel calm.”
There may be no greater measure of a person’s character than making a child feel safe.
Moments like these remind us that our mission is built on relationships—not transactions. Sometimes the greatest impact isn’t found in grand gestures, but in simply being present, listening well, and offering a steady, compassionate presence.
