Every child deserves the chance to laugh, play, and simply be a kid—especially those whose childhoods have been shaped by war and displacement. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce the dates for our two cornerstone summer programs supporting Ukrainian children:
Camp Dreamland: August 12–19, 2025
A Haven in the Carpathian Mountains
Camp Dreamland is a weeklong retreat for Ukrainian children who have endured the unthinkable. Many are living near active conflict zones or have been displaced from their homes due to the war. For one powerful week, they’re brought to the peaceful Carpathian Mountains, far from sirens and airstrikes, and into a safe space where they can breathe freely and simply be children again.
Through games, music, crafts, dancing, and friendships, these young hearts experience joy, hope, and healing. Camp Dreamland is more than a summer camp—it’s a refuge. A reminder that peace still exists and that the world hasn’t forgotten them.
Summer Mission Trip to Poland: August 20–27, 2025
Bringing Joy to Ukrainian Refugees in Group Homes
Just days after Camp Dreamland wraps up, another team of Frontier Horizon volunteers will travel to Poland to visit Ukrainian orphans living in refugee group homes. Many of these children fled their home country with nothing—and now spend their days in institutional housing, longing for stability and connection.
Our mission in Poland is simple but profound: create moments of joy. Volunteers bring the fun of camp directly to the group homes—leading arts and crafts, dance parties, music activities, and more. We also take the kids on unforgettable outings to pools, amusement parks, arcades, and malls. These shared adventures help build trust, resilience, and lasting memories.

You don’t need to have experience in child care or speak Ukrainian to make a difference. You just need a willing heart.
